systemic couples counseling
Are you arguing more and more often and don't know what to do on your own? It feels like a hopeless situation, you are no longer able to meet on equal terms, emotions immediately boil over? I will help you sort out your feelings in a calm atmosphere and find out what perspectives your relationship offers.
Why consulting?
Sometimes it is not easy to approach each other after both sides have been hurt. That is why it is a good idea to explore other perspectives and options with a neutral person. If relationship patterns are stuck, it can help to look at the situation in a completely new way in order to initiate a process of change.
Process of couples counseling
We will briefly discuss your concerns in an initial phone call, then you decide whether you want to come for an introductory appointment. How many sessions are required depends on your individual situation. The consultation process can be short and intensive or take place over a longer period of time. If you are travelling from the surrounding area, it is also possible to book intensive sessions of up to 3 hours with a break.
methods
In our sessions, I ask you questions, familiarize myself with your situation and work with you to find ways out of the relationship crisis. I show you new perspectives and guide you back to your own resources. I use methods from systemic couples therapy and emotion-focused couples therapy. When it comes to sexual issues, I am influenced by approaches from Tantra and Prof. Dr. Ulrich Clement's sex therapy.

About Me
As a translator and interpreter, it has always been important to me to ensure successful communication between people. It was only later that I realized that a foreign language is not necessarily required for all kinds of misunderstandings to arise. It is a matter close to my heart to explore the needs that are often the real cause of conflicts.
After my mediation training, I was most fascinated by working with couples, which is why I delved deeper into this subject area.
In my further training as a systemic couple and family counselor at the MISW, I focus on the topics of partnership and family.
